How many people fit in the bell tent?

For a sleepover, our 4m bell tent takes 4 people comfortably (adult size), 5 at a push. If you are having a graze party then 10 people comfortably can graze around the tables within the tent. Our 5 metre bell tent sleeps up to 6 comfortably, 7 at a squeeze and seats 12/14 if you have booked a graze.

 

What if it rains?

The good old British weather is unpredictable to say the least. Our bell tents are fully waterproof and can withstand all weather. We would only cancel due to weather that would compromise the safety of you and you party or us erecting the tent. The bell tent sleepover season is March to September. We can bring the graze party inside minus the tent so your party can still go ahead.

If we book a Graze table can we keep the tent over night?

Yes. All our bookings that include a Bell Tent are overnight hires (unless booked otherwise). Bedding/Mattresses will only be available if a Sleepover is Booked, but you can put your own bedding in the tent.

Where do you cover and are there delivery fees?

We cover Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire, Our Parent Company, Little Pineapple Parties covers Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. 

Within 15 miles of SN3 and HP1 delivery is free. After this, we charge 90p per mile over for set up and delivery.

Do you franchise?

Not at the moment, but we have plans to do this in the future. Get in touch if interested.

What bedding will I receive?

Each sleepover guest will receive a Foam or Air mattress, mattress protector, a fitted sheet, a duvet and a pillow with a pillowcase and various cushions to match your theme. All bedding is washed in non-bio washing powder. Please inform us of any allergies your party may have.

What if I damage the tent?

Accidents happen we will be as understanding as possible We have liability insurance to cover for serious accidents to your property but we will take a security deposit from you that is returned to you within 48 hours from collection of the equipment. Our T&C's detail damages. We will check the equipment with you after set up to show you how everything works and make sure you are happy with the condition.

How much space do I need for a bell tent?

For Arabella our 4m bell tent we require 6mx 6m of space and 2m height. For our 5 we need 7m x 7m and 3m height. We cannot erect the tent on pathways, decking or artificial grass.   When measuring please take into account any play equipment, garden furniture and overhanging trees (for the height). We will need to hammer pegs into your lawn to secure the tent.
